Description- Hulled white sesame seeds are natural sesame with the outer husk mechanically removed, yielding smooth, pearly‑white kernels with a milder taste and improved digestibility. This dehulled form is preferred for bakery, confectionery, tahini and ready‑to‑eat applications where a clean white look and low bitterness are critical.
Technical data sheets from leading processors show very high purity (≈99.98%), low moisture (≤4%) and oil content around 48%, which together support long shelf life and stable flavour. Hulled sesame carries the same nutritional profile as natural seeds—rich in healthy fats, protein and minerals—while offering a more premium appearance for export markets in Europe, North America and the Middle East.
