Description- Hulled white sesame seeds are natural sesame with the outer husk mechanically removed, yielding smooth, pearly‑white kernels with a milder taste and improved digestibility. This dehulled form is preferred for bakery, confectionery, tahini and ready‑to‑eat applications where a clean white look and low bitterness are critical.
Technical data sheets from leading processors show very high purity (≈99.98%), low moisture (≤4%) and oil content around 48%, which together support long shelf life and stable flavour. Description- Natural white sesame seeds are whole, unhulled “til” with their outer hull intact, offering a creamy off‑white to beige colour, characteristic nutty flavour and very high oil content (about 46–52%). Thanks to this oil richness and 99–99.95% purity grades, Indian white sesame is a preferred raw material for edible oil extraction, tahini, bakery toppings and snack manufacturers worldwide.
Nutritionally, natural sesame is dense in healthy fats, protein, dietary fibre and minerals such as calcium, iron, magnesium and phosphorus, and is frequently positioned by exporters as a heart‑healthy ingredient that supports bone health and antioxidant intake.
