Description- Peanut in shell (groundnut in pod) is the most natural form of the crop, sun‑dried and graded pods supplied directly from farms in Gujarat and neighbouring peanut belts. Pods with intact shells protect the kernels from mechanical damage and light, supporting longer shelf life and making this format ideal for roasting in‑shell, snack packs and bird‑feed applications.
With moisture carefully controlled around 7% and strict limits on damaged pods, groundnut in shell offers a rustic, farm‑fresh image while still delivering the same nutritional richness of peanut kernels: high protein, heart‑healthy fats and dietary fibre. Size grades such as 20/24, 22/26, 24/28 and 28/32 pods per ounce allow buyers to target specific roasting and packing requirements
